Any data collected when you make an enquiry or booking (i.e. names, home address, email address & telephone numbers) will only be used to process that enquiry or booking (including any contract or legal requirements) and will not be used for marketing or shared with anyone else unless legally obliged.

Data will be stored electronically (and password protected) and/or on paper (and locked up) until no longer required.

You are entitled to request details of our privacy policy and any data we store about you (e.g. by email to rothervalleyleisure@gmail.com) and to approach ico.org.uk with any complaints.
